Zero Tolerance Fight Factory delivers boxing led training in Hampstead Heath, with sessions also available in Primrose Hill and Camden Town, designed to help you improve fitness, build confidence, and enjoy your training.
We specialise in boxing, pad work, strength and conditioning, and performance focused sessions that are adapted to your level. Training is available on a one to one basis or in small groups, depending on your goals and experience. Whether you are completely new or already experienced, you will be coached with attention to detail, progression, and consistency.
This is not a one size fits all approach. You will train alongside a supportive, beginner friendly community of like minded people, all working to improve in a positive and focused environment.
Alongside boxing, we integrate strength training, mobility, and conditioning to help you move better, stay injury free, and train consistently. Sessions are primarily delivered outdoors, with additional training available at a North Finchley boxing gym.

You will be put through your paces whilst enduring crazy circuits and being beasted by killer bag work. Unlock your full fitness potential whilst mastering the core skills of boxing. This is where fighting meets fitness.
Technical: The perfect introduction to boxing that focuses on building your skills from the ground up. This highly personalised session focuses on individual progress and technique. You will learn the fundamentals that underpin boxing, covering everything from stance, punches, guard and defence. Expect a detailed yet dynamic session that’s packed with pad and bag work.
2:1 Training Sessions
The ZT duo session is a great way of experiencing personalised training whilst lowering the overall cost. Maximise on your fitness and boxing skills whilst sharing the fun with a friend.
