Any reservation made will be confirmed via email at the time of booking. A text/email reminder will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your session, followed by a text reminder 2 hours before your session. Consequently, please ensure that you have provided the correct contact details for your booking.

Should you wish to cancel, change or rearrange your session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellations made after this time will be charged in full.

Block classes are to be used within 6 weeks of the purchase date.

We reserve the right to take 100% payment for no-shows where cancellations breach the notice period.

It is the client’s responsibility to advise us of any medical conditions/changes to medical conditions.

Personal information taken from clients will be kept confidential.
